There’s a New Way to Create Confidence

It seems obvious that such a prominent part of your face like your smile could have an effect on your confidence levels, but research to back it up is always helpful! Invisalign teamed up with Harris Poll and interviewed more than 2,000 people to find out whether straightening their teeth improved their lives, including increasing confidence and self-esteem.

Of those who responded to the survey, 92 percent said they were more confident after straightening their teeth.

Eighty percent said having their teeth straightened was one of the most important things they have ever done. Eighty percent also said that straightening their teeth gave them the confidence to do something they would not have done before they had their teeth straightened. So not only did confidence in their smile improve their self-esteem, but it also made them more willing to take risks.

Sixty percent of those interviewed said they were perceived as happier after straightening their teeth as well as more attractive and more successful. Studies have shown that people who smile more are seen as more confident by others.

Another interesting insight is that teeth are second when it comes to things people are insecure about, second only to one's weight. Feeling insecure about your smile can cause you to hold back when it comes to social situations, relationships and even your career. Transforming your smile into one you can be confident and proud of can be incredibly life changing!

Dr. Buck's revolutionary epigenetic orthodontic program can not only help you regain confidence in your smile and the entire shape of your jaw and face, but it can also help those who have trouble sleeping, who are suffering from TMJ disorder symptoms and those who breathe through their mouth.
